Terms of service

Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms cover the CoreA11y app for Wix sites, at wix.corea11y.com and inside your Wix dashboard. By installing the app you agree to them. If you use CoreA11y for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

"CoreA11y", "we" and "us" mean MSACAlab.

What CoreA11y does, and what it doesn't

CoreA11y checks your Wix site against WCAG 2.2 AA, explains what it finds, and applies quick fixes you turn on through a script it adds to your site. No software can catch every accessibility issue, guarantee that a website meets WCAG or any law, or prevent legal claims. Automated checks find many common problems but not all of them, and some checks need a person. Nothing in the app or its reports is legal advice.

Your site

• Only install CoreA11y on sites you own or manage. You are responsible for what you turn on.
• Quick fixes change pages in your visitors' browsers, not your Wix content. Turning a fix off, pausing the app in Manage Apps, or uninstalling it removes it.
• Alt text you save for product and blog images is written to your Wix site, and only when you choose Save. Each save can be undone from the app.

Plans and payment

• Free: 12 pages per audit, at no cost.
• Paid plans (Pro Personal, Pro Business, Agency) are sold per site through Wix, at the prices shown on the app's Wix pricing page. Wix handles checkout, renewal, cancellation, refunds and invoices under its own terms.
• When a paid plan ends, the site goes back to the Free plan. Free fixes keep working and your report history stays.
• Price changes apply to new purchases only, never to a plan you already have.

Acceptable use

Don't use CoreA11y to break the law, attack or overload our systems or anyone else's, or test websites you have no permission to test. White-label reports on the Agency plan may carry your brand but must keep the note that automated results don't certify conformance.

Our content and name

The app, its text and design, and the names CoreA11y and MSACAlab belong to us. Your site content and your reports are yours. You can share reports with your team, developers and lawyers.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve it. If we stop offering CoreA11y for Wix, we will give at least 60 days' notice.

Warranty and liability

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or claims against you by third parties, including accessibility complaints or lawsuits.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CoreA11y in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Ending these terms

You can stop using CoreA11y at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms; where possible we will warn you first.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for paying customers, we will email you before it applies.
